Cheryl O’Neil is a pastel painter, art instructor, and art therapist. The beauty and whimsy of her surroundings inspire her artwork. She captures those qualities through distinctive compositions and bold colors. She is a certified art teacher and registered art therapist, and holds a BFA in pre-art therapy and art education from Ohio Wesleyan University and a clinical master’s degree from Harding Hospital in Worthington, Ohio. Cheryl has been an art teacher in Newton since 2007 and on Martha’s Vineyard since 2021.
